We are offering our classes In-Person and Virtual!


We are proud to host BBQ classes throughout the week and on weekends. Learn everything from the basics of Ribs 101 and how to use your smoker, to more advanced classes that give you the secrets to succeed at sanctioned barbecue competitions.

I frequently visit the store on Federal for BBQ supplies & meats. (Jefferson Park) I’m always treated with kindness & respect even though I am not the cook, my significant other is. He’s been wanting to attend a in-person cooking class forever, but COVID struck. I purchased a virtual cooking class for him for Christmas (Brisket 101). Listening in on the class, it was informative, light hearted & humorous. Highly recommend! Good products, great prices & an even more incredible group of people. We LOVE Proud Souls.
