Warranty Service Guidelines

Congratulations and thank you for supporting our small local business. We strive to provide the best brands with the best warranties on the market. Please register your grill with the manufacturer. The manufacturer is ultimately responsible for warranting any defective part. Below are our warranty and service procedure guidelines. We thank you again for your business. Note- Proud Souls Barbecue does not hook up natural gas grills to gas lines.

Within 30 Days of Purchase: 

  • PSB will diagnose, order, and replace any defective part handling the claim on the customer's behalf. Customers will not need to contact the manufacturer. 

Within 1 Year of Purchase: 

  • Customers will need to file a claim through the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for diagnosing the complaint/concern and issuing any warrantable parts. Parts should be shipped directly to the customer, not to one of our locations. PSB will replace the parts at no charge. 

After 1 Year of Purchase: 

  • ● Customers will need to file a claim through the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for diagnosing the complaint/concern and issuing any warrantable parts. Parts should be shipped directly to the customer, not to one of our locations. 
  • $150.00 for all service calls within 50-mile radius
  • $300.00 for all service calls 50-100 mile radius
  • $500.00 for all service calls 100-150 mile radius
